The LS-12 line can achieve a speed of up to 500 meters per minute, with minimal powder shedding, low smoke generation, high tensile strength, high brightness, excellent dispersion, and superior whiteness—thereby enhancing product performance while lowering costs.
Product Introduction
Laminating masterbatch is a product developed and manufactured by our company using a fully automated, high-intensity compounding and extrusion production line, tailored to market demand.
Product Advantages
It exhibits low thermal shrinkage, excellent dispersibility, and does not compromise adhesion; the coating thickness is uniform with no pinholes or watermarks, and peel strength remains unaffected. The finished product boasts superior gloss, does not interfere with filter replacement, significantly reduces production costs, and enhances the customer’s competitiveness in the finished-product market.
Scope of Application
Suitable for paper-plastic composite laminated products, woven bags, ton bags, rust-proof packaging bags, and other similar items.
Directions for Use and Dosage
Typical addition level: 10%–30%.
Customer Cases
Domestically produced coating machine (Bond, dual-coating-head type): coating temperature 275–283°C, filter mesh 100 mesh, manual web advancement, production speed 200 m/min.
Imported coating machine (Stäubli, single-coating-head): coating temperature 295–308°C, filter mesh 260 mesh, automatic web travel, production speed 255 m/min; coating basis weight: 14–17 g/m².
Domestically produced coating machine (Ute single-film head): 300–350°C, filter mesh: 100 mesh, manual web advancement, production speed: 150 m/min.
