Pale yellow ultra-fine foaming masterbatch / white ultra-fine powder; decomposition temperature: 165°C / 160°C onset; initial gas generation: 70 ± 5 / 50 ± 5 mL/g; active content: 50%.
Product Features
Environmentally friendly foams suitable for injection molding and extrusion of thermoplastic materials can achieve fine cell structures. They deliver significant improvements in injection-molded parts made from PP, PE, and ABS. The recommended processing temperature for gas generation is 170°C to 210°C.
Scope of application: For injection and extrusion foaming of PP, PE, and ABS.
Packaging: 20 kg in a plastic-lined bag, packaged in kraft paper bags.
Storage method: It exhibits excellent storage stability at room temperature. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sparks, open flames, and heat sources. In the event of a fire, extinguish it first using carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder, or sand.
